The fee to political subdivisions for any services provided herein shall be $10.00 per filing plus JCP Fee, Automation Fee, and tax where applicable.

The fee for services not herein specifically provided for or included in any other services shall be the same for similar services. 

JCP Fee,  Automation Fee, Tax and Act 119 of 1996 have been added to the above fees where they apply.

Copies of the local rules of court are available for $4.50

The above fees are charged in pursuance with Judiciary Act of 1976.
